The thing I will remember most about this Halloween is what Skye said at the end of the night...
"Mom, this was the best Halloween ever -
because I got to spend it with you"
so, so, so sweet
It really was a super fun, warm Halloween. Grandma Bess came over for our traditonal chinese take-out, then stayed to pass out candy while Mike & I took the girls Trick-or-Treating.
Madi wanted to go with her BFF Ellie, so she wasn't with us this year. :(
Ryann's friend Alex came over and they went out by themselves,
so it was just Mike & I with Skye & Bayli for most of the night.
Skye loved being the one to decide which direction to go and which scary houses to skip! :)
Bay could not wait to break into the "nanny" and stopped after the very first house to start eating... I convinced her to keep going, but she couldn't make it home before she had to eat a "bobby-bop".
She & I both were awfully sticky on the way home...
What an awesome night!

Hey Heidi! That sounds like a really fun evening. It's so cool that you got to go Trick or Treating with Hermione Granger! I don't see Skylar in the pictures anywhere though... ;)
We had a blast with our own little ones doing the same thing. What a fun holiday to spend with family!

Cute pictures- I'm still behind on all that- My mom is visiting and it seems like we have things going so much I'm exhausted at the end of the day (and in the morning and afternoon too)
