My girl loves to bake.

I hold her personally responsible for at least 5 lbs. that I haven't lost this summer.

She would bake nonstop if we didn't continually run out of ingredients.

She especially loves to bake after dark - don't ask me why.

After being inspired by one of her favorite shows, Cupcake Wars, she decided to whip up a few dozen cupcakes, from scratch.

Chocolate & vanilla cupcakes with homemade raspberry & orange frosting.

Not only were they way delicious, but they were beautiful too!!

I will never understand this, but somehow Aunt Corey got the most special & most beautiful Chocolate Raspberry cupcakes. I'm not sure if I should be proud or devastated... :)
